Usage of Duratight Slag remover
1\ Put duratight slag remover flipping or spraying onto surface of the metallic solution by human force or airbrush, when removal of molten slag or keeping it warm in metallic solution.
(Suggestion: Flipping regularly ,in this way, can decrease the usage) When duratight slag remover reach to expand steadily also strongly, it will form a layer of cortex on the solution surface, which will be stick with slag, finally new slag left.
2\ Removal of new slag using the appropriate tool, we can obtain a kind of clean steel solution.
3\ Due to different of the solution type, such as capacity of melting furnace and purpose of usage, the amount of usage is also different. Normally the application amount for steel resolution ranges from 0.1% to 0.3%.
4\ Duratight slag remover can be added to the bottom of laddle before the smelting metal, which can improvethe effect of slag removal. Do not add slag remover at the bottom of laddle before the smelting metal is ready to pour out of furnace, since it will affect the effect of nodular.
