Duratight carbon raiser has the advantages of Increasing the use of waste steel, lower,even non-use of the raw iron material, it can be well absorbed in the ironing liquid and no dreg , can cut down cost of casting.

a.      Usage: as carbon additive in special type steel-making and ball iron casting.

b.      Characters: high content of fixed carbon and lower sulfur,efficient and stable carbon additive,high absorbability of carbon.

c.       Avaliable range: verious steel refoundry,casting.

d.      Normal size: normal grain size: 0.3-3mm, 1-4mm, 1-3mm,3-5mm. Special size can be offered as customers request.

e.      Using way:

1) For over 5T electric cooker and stable,single raw material, we recommend to adjust the carbon content when mixing the stuffs. When melting the steel(iron) as the request of the carbon content, fill the carbon additive together with the metal charging to the lower middle of electric cooker. One flat of carbon additive after one flat of metal charging and the absorption of the carbon can reach 90% to 95%..Please dont deal dregs during smelt,or else the carbon additive is easy to be wrapped in the non-dregs, that will be fluence on the absorption of carbon.

2) In the condition of minitype intermediate frequency electric cooker and The raw material fixed other material of high carbon, we suggest you adjust the carbon content after steel(iron) melting. You can add carbon additive to the top of the steel(iron) and it can be well dissolved and absorbed via the milling by the steel liquid vortex or manpower. 93% of carbon can be well absorbed.

f. compared with conventional raw iron:

1) its non-metallic, melting point is about 1200-1300 degrees centigrade, no dregs and high using efficency..

2) The consumption is lower than steel, so it can cut down the cost.

3)Much lower phosphorus and sulfur than using raw iron and with much stabler capability.
